How many times have you looked into going on a diet in order to lose weight or just be healthier? Typically, most Americans diet specifically for weight loss. And the nutritional community has certainly found quite a few clever ways to convince us all that we’re doing it wrong. In exchange for our enjoyment of food, we are given a strict regime of no’s and to-dos in order to achieve our desired goal. Unfortunately, (or maybe fortunately) most, if not all fad diets don’t actually cause our body composition to change in reaction to the proposed magical hidden ingredients included in a food restrictive diet.
